• Lead the preparation of Council’s annual financial statements and statutory reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee internal controls, compliance, and audit processes.
• Provide expert financial advice to senior management and Council.
• Mentor and support junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
