To you, numbers aren't just figures on a page - they’re the threads that weave together a story of stewardship, trust, and growth. When the books balance, it feels like the final brushstroke on a masterpiece. We’re not just looking for someone to process transactions. We’re looking for a steady hand, a curious mind, and a heart that finds joy in excellence. Someone who knows that accuracy is a form of integrity, and timeliness is a gift you give to the team that depends on you. Why this role matters In a growing company, clarity is everything. Your work is like a compass that keeps leadership pointed in the right direction. Each reconciliation you complete brings us closer to confidence. Each report you prepare gives us the insight to make wise decisions. And every paycheck you process is a reminder that your diligence directly impacts the people who make this company what it is. We believe the gifts you’ve been given are meant to serve others, and in this role your talents will do exactly that. What you’ll be doing Recording daily transactions - bank, credit card, EFTs, deposits - with accuracy and speed Managing accounts payable and vendor relationships, making sure invoices and payments flow smoothly. Reconciling accounts so that every dollar is accounted for and no detail is overlooked. Preparing daily cash flow reporting so leadership can see the road ahead. Supporting month-end close, accruals, and variance reporting with clarity and precision. Processing payroll with timeliness and accuracy, because every detail matters when it comes to people’s paychecks.
