We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the UAE construction sector to manage the full cycle of accounting and financial operations for our company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA / CPA / CMA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ UAE accounting experience, including at least 3 years in the construction industry (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in ERP/accounting software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Oversee Accounts Payable, supplier reconciliations, and vendor communications
• Record and process journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses
• Perform bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and depreciation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and management decision-making reports
• Ensure VAT compliance and assist in external year-end audits
