OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of our organization and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, PeopleSoft, Sage) is essential.
  • Experience with auditing processes and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate account reconciliation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
