JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who will also oversee Human Resources (HR) functions. This dual-role position is ideal for a professional with strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of HR best practices.
This role requires a deep understanding of financial concepts, regulatory reporting, and technical accounting skills. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing insights that support effective financial management, while also supporting employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in public accounting or corporate accounting roles.
• Proficiency in technical accounting concepts including double entry bookkeeping and cash management.
• Familiarity with financial report writing and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail for account analysis and financial management.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficient in using NetSuite accounting software
• Strong understanding of debits & credits, general ledger accounting, and payroll processing.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
