With a reputation for excellence, innovation, and precision service, we are expanding our finance team and seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant (CMO) to strengthen financial governance, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Role Overview
The Senior Accountant (CMO) will play a critical role in managing RSL’s financial planning, compliance, and reporting under the Chief Management Office. This position requires a finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, audit, and business analysis—capable of supporting commercial growth while ensuring adherence to UAE financial regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE laws.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Oversee VAT filings, regulatory compliance, and internal audits.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that shape business strategy.
  • Support commercial contracts with financial modeling, cost analysis, and ROI evaluations.
  • Implement controls, streamline accounting processes, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within transport, logistics, or service-based industries in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite (Excel advanced).
  • Proven ability to manage audits, financial analysis, and cost control initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
