Title: Senior Accountant/Commercial Analyst
Reporting to: Finance Director
Department: Finance
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience)
Working pattern: Full-time
Location: London (hybrid - minimum 3 days in the office)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting practice.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ tenure with a single employer.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Solid foundation in technical accounting.

We’re looking for a sharp, technically strong Chartered Accountant ready to transition into a more commercial and analytical role. The role is based out of our London HQ, in a hybrid capacity with a minimum requirement of 3 days in the office. We are open to flexible working arrangements, whether full-time or part-time. This includes accountants from big 4 and/or global brand experience looking to return to work after parental responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful financial reports and analysis to drive business growth and sustainability initiatives
  • Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Evaluate potential opportunities, risks, and investment projects, delivering financial advice to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
