As a key member of our Manufacturing Accounting team, the Senior Staff Accountant will play an integral part in the collection and reporting of financial data for the Americas Division. Specific duties include the following:

  • Review & analysis of international affiliates’ financials
  • Monitor capital spending by project
  • Completion of monthly, quarterly and year-end closes
  • Sarbanes-Oxley Testing
  • Budgeting, cash flow & financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Account consolidations & reconciliations
  • Monitor and reconcile intercompany activities
  • Preparation of journal entries
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposure
  • Perform periodic accounting reviews
  • Training of New Plant Accountants
  • Special projects and audits

In addition to the qualifications and experience listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting – MBA or CMA a plus
  • 3-5 years related experience. Reporting or Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with OneStream consolidation or similar software desired
  • Familiarity with the AS/400 System a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
