We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to support accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions within a fast-paced regional environment. This role sits within the finance team and focuses on full-set accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, and maintaining strong financial controls across the region. About the Role This is a hands-on accounting role supporting regional finance operations across multiple entities. The position requires someone who is comfortable owning the accounting process end-to-end, working in a lean environment, and partnering with stakeholders across different countries and functions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating independently while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and reporting discipline within a fast-growing organization. Key Responsibilities Own month-end close activities for assigned entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, management reports, and variance analysis Prepare and review financial statements, supporting schedules, and accounting documentation Support multi-entity accounting activities across different countries and currencies Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP reporting requirements and internal accounting policies Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries across jurisdictions Support corporate tax filings and statutory compliance activities Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance Maintain accounting accuracy and reporting integrity within SAP S/4HANA Support ad hoc finance projects, system improvements, and regional finance initiatives Role Requirements Degree in Accounting or Finance with active CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent professional qualification 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or regional finance roles Big 4 audit or multinational company (MNC) experience preferred Strong hands-on experience in full-set accounting and month-end close Exposure to IFRS and/or US GAAP environments Experience supporting audits, reconciliations, and statutory compliance Working knowledge of SOX/internal controls Experience using ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA preferred Nice to Have Multi-country accounting or regional finance exposure Experience coordinating with overseas stakeholders and external auditors Exposure to high-growth or fast-scaling environments Background in infrastructure, data center, real estate, or capital-intensive industries Why DayOne?
