Job Description: The Senior Accountant focuses on client accounting services including but not limited to bookkeeping and payroll. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding and proficiency in leveraging technology to optimize processes and decision making and has the confidence to work with minimal supervision and is eager to develop new skills and set achievable goals for our client accounting services. This position will give you the opportunity to work directly with clients and manage projects.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Confident technology skills and ability to learn new software.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Aptitude for great customer service including patience and attentiveness
· Great organization, planning, and decision-making skills
· High standard of accuracy and attention to details
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a deadline driven environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, UltraTax, QuickBooks Online and Gusto

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· 3+ years of payroll and accounting experience
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
· Experience with QuickBooks Online
· Experience with Gusto a plus
