In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Lead the accounts payable and financial services work team at Fromex. * Manage accounts payable USA invoicing at Fromex. * Prepare and manage daily, monthly book reports and analysis of shipments, delays. * Be the link between customer account collections and risks in compliance with company policies. * Resolve customer issues and problems by applying the billing processes and interacting with other departments and customer service to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoice corrections * Supervise customer order hold postings related to credit, pricing, taxes and commissions. * Record journal entries and perform reconciliations for intercompany receivables, commission and tax on shipments. * Generate and reconcile monthly tax record on shipments for preparation of state tax returns on shipments. * Perform adherence to effective controls, accounting policies, practices and procedures. * Perform various analyses as advised by the accounting manager and comptroller. You seek and act on feedback from a wide variety of people For This Role, You Will Need: * 5 years of related experience (in accounting, accounts payable and American accounts receivable.) with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. * Billingual 90% * Ability to provide leadership in a work team. * Ability and Documentation to travel to USA.
