Join ESR Group, a leading Asia-Pacific real asset manager focused on New Economy sectors, including logistics, data centres, and infrastructure and renewables. We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Sydney team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be working closely with the Financial Controller and Head of Finance, to support the delivery of accounting requirements while playing a key role in rolling out finance process improvement initiatives. This includes supporting month-end activities and contributing to ad hoc projects to enhance efficiency and create capacity within the team. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills, experience and approach: · Tertiary qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with CA or CPA qualification · Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment · Excellent communication, problem-solving and documentation skills, with a high level of professionalism and integrity · Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail · Demonstrated ability to work with and integrate AI tools into workflows, with an understanding of data privacy, security, and quality assurance principle Benefits Grow with us - Career growth and learning We believe our greatest strength lies in the growth and development of our team.
