REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
• Minimum 6–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the construction or contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of project-based accounting and UAE financial regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Lead and manage all financial activities related to construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee preparation and monitoring of payment schedules for contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Review, verify, and approve invoices in accordance with completed works, contracts, and BOQ.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and vendors on all payment and financial matters.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis for management.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking to ensure financial control.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and internal audit processes.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.
• Maintain organized documentation and filing of all financial records.
