JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accounts Executive to join our finance team within a dynamic jewellery manufacturing environment. Candidates with 2–3 years of accounting experience in their home country are welcome to apply. This role is ideal for individuals who are well-versed in day-to-day accounting operations, cost tracking, and have a strong grasp of UAE VAT compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female candidates only (mandatory for this position)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience (experience from home country acceptable)
  • Good understanding of costing, accounts payable/receivable, and basic financial reporting
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, or similar
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT rules and compliance preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or the jewellery industry
  • Understanding of job order accounting and production cost tracking

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing general ledger entries and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Support in monthly reports, account reconciliations, and vendor payments
  • Assist with VAT filing and compliance in line with UAE regulations
  • Maintain records of job order costing and production expenses
  • Ensure proper documentation of payroll, utility bills, and purchase invoices
  • Coordinate with senior accountants and external auditors as required
  • Perform inventory and costing checks for each production cycle
  • Support in day-to-day finance and administration tasks
