Due to continued organic growth, our client is looking to appoint an Intermediate or Senior Business Advisory Accountant to join their vibrant and high-performing team.

The Opportunity

Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, you'll have the opportunity to build trusted relationships while delivering accounting, taxation and business advisory services that genuinely make a difference. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare financial statements and income tax returns.
  • Provide tax planning, consulting and compliance advice.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for selected clients.
  • Assist clients with Xero implementations, training and ongoing support.
  • Work on a variety of business advisory assignments.
  • Help clients achieve their financial and commercial goals through practical, value-added advice.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working closely with clients and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within a New Zealand Chartered Accounting practice.
  • Experience in Business Advisory Services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management abilities.
  • A proactive, commercial mindset and a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed.
