QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, including hands-on involvement in month-end close processes and basic financial analysis

  Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
  Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bensalem, PA 1902

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and contribute to monthly financial close and forecasting cycles
• Manage accounting functions for Marketing and Distribution Centers, including transaction recording and performance reporting to department leaders
• Oversee the integrity of the general ledger and prepare journal entries
• Conduct detailed variance analyses of the income statement and balance sheet
• Analyze profitability by product line and customer group
• Reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts monthly
• Enhance and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools
• Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis, supporting key business decisions
• Process accruals for vendor-related adjustments and debits
• Support internal audit efforts and assist in refining internal control procedures
• Participate in annual budgeting and assist with external audits at year-end
