Job Role / Responsibilities: Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Finance you would be responsible to contribute in process and system improvements of fixed assets and inventory management, ensuring compliance with fixed assets and inventory policies and procedures; ensuring asset register reflects accurate record of asset of the organization; ensuring accurate reporting of inventory balances; carry out physical verification of Inventory and Fixed Assets; assist supervisor in Management and Statutory Reporting; participate in external/internal audit activities of the department; timely resolution of users queries/requests for fixed assets and inventory. Specifically, you will be responsible to; contribute in process and system improvements of fixed assets and inventory management and ensuring compliance with existing fixed assets and inventory policies and procedures ensuring asset register reflects accurate record of asset of the organization and remains reconciled with subsidiary ledger and asset register reconciled ensuring accurate reporting of inventory balances maintain schedules with for assets additions/deletions, CWIP schedules, LC account, disposal proceeds, etc. participate in physical verification activity on regular basis as well as the three-year complete verification activity ensuring timely release of staff exit checklist in coordination with user’s department and with fixed asset team and ensuring satisfactory completion of asset transfer/handover confirmation participate and perform tasks assigned as part of ERP improvements and troubleshooting activities of Asset Module timely resolution of user queries/requests for fixed assets and inventory any other tasks assigned by the supervisor Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: ACCA qualified / ICMA Finalist / MBA (Finance) minimum of 3 to 4 years working experience in Finance with knowledge of fixed assets and inventory management systems should be able to multi-task hardworking and eager to learn possess good interpersonal communication and report writing skills proficiency in computers especially MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint tools is required ability to work under pressure and deadlines a team player
