Description
  • Independent handling of complex topics within financial and general ledger accounting.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB).
  • Reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts, as well as clarification of complex accounting issues.
  • Responsibility for provisions, accruals and period-appropriate closing entries
  • Processing of intercompany reconciliations and intra-group settlements
  • Support with VAT issues and other tax-related topics
  • Preparation of account statements, financial statements and management evaluations
  • Close collaboration with controlling and other finance functions in monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Contact person for auditors, tax advisors and internal departments
  • Support in complying with and further developing internal accounting guidelines
  • Participation in system adjustments, process harmonizations and finance projects.
  • Professional support for less experienced colleagues within the accounting team
