REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ in non-profit or grant accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and grant compliance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and fund accounting systems

  Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a background in non-profit accounting and grant management. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with grant requirements, and supports strong internal financial controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Oversee grant tracking, compliance, and reporting (federal, state, and private)
• Support monthly close, budgeting, and audit prep
• Collaborate with program and development teams on grant budgets and usage
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200)
