We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role reports to the Accounting Manager and plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of our financial data. A DAY IN THE LIFE: Prepare and review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reports. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Assist with audit preparation and serve as a liaison to external auditors. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate across departments to support financial reporting and business initiatives. YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred). 3–5 years of accounting experience (Big 4 experience or a combination of Big 4 and industry is ideal). Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices. Advanced Excel skills and a high degree of comfort with spreadsheets. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Nice to Haves: CPA certification and experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
