This isn't just a job; it's your chance to be part of a mission, get top-notch mentorship, and build an incredible career within a brand everyone knows and loves About the role We’re seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to take ownership of revenue, franchise billing, and debtors. You’ll ensure payments are invoiced, reconciled, and reported accurately, supporting cash flow, compliance, and the success of our growing restaurant network. What You’ll Do Manage franchise billing, royalty and marketing levy invoicing, and reconciliations. Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate posting, timely collections, and resolution of customer queries. Review and finalise revenue and payment reconciliations, including digital sales and gift cards. Prepare and post month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations. Deliver accurate and timely financial and management reports. Lead and mentor an Assistant Accountant to drive accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Build strong relationships with franchisees and cross-functional teams. Support audit preparation and uphold accounting standards and internal controls. What You’ll Bring CA (or equivalent) qualification with 3+ years’ post-graduate experience. Strong grasp of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting. Advanced Excel and solid IT literacy. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills. Bonus points for: Experience with NetSuite ERP and Power Query. Background in QSR, hospitality, or retail industries. Proven success improving processes or implementing systems.
