In this role, you’ll prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, allocations, and accruals, and drive process improvements. You’ll also assist in reviewing work from accounting associates across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.   What We’re Looking For Are you a detail-driven accounting professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? Join our team as a Senior Accountant and bring your expertise to a dynamic environment where collaboration and innovation matter.   Ideal Skills & Qualifications: * Excel Expert: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with the ability to analyze large volumes of transactional data. * Accounting Knowledge: Strong general ledger and inventory cost accounting experience; familiarity with IFS ERP software is a plus. * Organizational Strength: Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. * Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. * Communication Skills: Clear and confident verbal and written communication, plus strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. * Proactive Approach: A self-starter with initiative, urgency, and follow-through. * Team Player: Comfortable working with colleagues at all levels and across departments. * Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus! Required Experience: * Education: BS Degree in Accounting. * Experience: Minimum 4 years of accounting experience with emphasis on balance sheet account analysis and bank reconciliation. * Industry: Experience in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
