BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOB You are responsible for effectively performing month-end balance sheet reconciliations and monthly bank reconciliations. This position assists in year-end audit requests and compiling of financial packages. Your ability to own your work and drive success will make a direct impact on the communities we serve. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts. Enter all leases for specified region. Perform annual and final tenant reconciliations. Ensure recoveries are updated and accurate for all new leases and amendments. Ensure accuracy of property budgets with the property team. Ensure accurate property financial statements. Provide necessary due diligence requests for acquisitions and dispositions in specified regions, to include analytical review. Analytical review of property financial statements compared to budget. Maintain and prepare property cash flow statements. Ensure proper recording of straight-line rents. Assist in accounts receivable reconciliation and entry as back-up, when applicable. Direct internal and external contact for all property related questions. Manage and maintain residential management properties in system. Assist in compiling of financial packages. Setup and maintain all tenant recovery pools within the Accounting System. Senior level determined through complexity of work for region. Assist in year-end audit requests. HCP24 Requirements QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Experience and/or Training Considerable knowledge of real estate and generally accepted accounting principles. Technology/Equipment Yardi experience preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT U.S. Work Authorization (required). CHALLENGE ACCEPTED?
