REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
  • CPA or advanced degree a plus
  • 5–7 years of accounting or finance experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and SAP is a plus
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Comfortable leading meetings and making presentations to increasingly large audiences
  • Proven ability to adapt and execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Accounting Manager and oversee accounting operations across multiple business entities
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and daily cash management
  • Handle vendor payments and customer invoicing processes
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and conduct financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards
  • Maintain and reconcile cash disbursements, A/R, and A/P journals
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Collaborate with accounting staff on financial reporting and close processes
  • Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support audit and tax preparation, including responding to external inquiries
  • Assist in forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective action planning
  • Monitor revenue and expenses, and prepare special financial reports as needed
