Remembrance, Resolution, Reconciliation, Restoration, Renewal About the Position: The Senior Accountant II is responsible for a variety of State and Federal Contract and Grant billing and reporting. This position will include assigned accounts balance sheet reconciliation and assigned bank account reconciliations. \n What You Will Do: Prepare monthly contract/grant invoices for assigned contracts and grants. Verify expenses are budgeted and all backup documentation attached. Analyze and prepare account reconciliations and journal entries for assigned accounts. Perform technical accounting research as requested. Complete Fiscal Audits on assigned contracts and grants. Assist with annual Insurance renewal applications and ongoing requests for Certificates of Insurance. Assist with annual indirect cost proposal. Assist Sr. Director of Finance and Sr. Vice President of Finance with special requests as needed. What You Will Bring: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
