Roles & Responsibilities

• Record all accounting transactions.
• Preparation of financial statements on time (Balance Sheet & P&L).
• Handle monthly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable including intercompany.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct backups as necessary.
• Preparation of Cost sheets, landed cost calculation and freight invoice booking.
• Stock reconciliation and ad hoc stock audit support.
• Support for ERP implementation and finance process improvements.
• VAT/tax compliance support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s /Master's degree in accounting / finance
• CA Inter / ACCA semi-qualified / CMA or similar qualification will be an advantage
• 4-6 Years experience
• Experience in retail, distribution, or free zone operations will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in ERP systems or Tally & Advance Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations and reporting is must
• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience required
• Multi tasking and Attention to detail
• Candidates must be available in UAE
• Immediate joining preferred
