Description
Responsibilities: Prepare / Check sound investment accounting reports, implement the latest changes in IFRS reporting related to investment and analyse investment results (including derivatives) timely and accurately Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulatory requirement Produce / check reports under various accounting bases (HKIFRS and FIFRS) for all investment assets under companies’ books Provide required management information Follow up any issues and questions with custodian and fund managers Deal with auditors to ensure no major issues in the year end audit Deal with custodian to ensure the services quality Support new investment mandates, new investment managers and new investment initiatives (including derivatives) by establishing sound operating process with custodians, banks and fund managers Provide support to other team members Qualifications: University graduate or above in Accounting or related disciplines A student member of professional accounting body At least 3 years solid accounting experience in accounting Familiar with investment accounting process Proficient in Microsoft Excel Team player with strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and under pressure Attentive to details, strong analytical and good presentation skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
