REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) with Accounting or related major; or two to four years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Master in Accounting and/or CPA is a plus)
  • Professional work experience in Accounting (more than 3 years)
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing and leading accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department. Maintains accounting document files, including daily work, accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as general multi-departmental administrative support to the Management and staff. Assist the Management for financial reporting, bulling, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.

Responsibilities
  • Review, process, and record daily Account Payables invoices.
  • Review and record banking transactions for corporate bank accounts.
  • Review and handle Account Receivable collections.
  • Reconciliation of assigned general ledger and bank accounts.
  • Maintain monthly and year-end closing.
  • Generates reports and lead/assists financial audit.
  • Respond to vendors and other Allied departments with questions.
  • Maintains files, including Accounts Payable documentation, Accounts Receivable receipts and other miscellaneous filings.
  • Communicates with corporate accountant for questions and/or assistance.
  • Respond to vendors and other Allied departments with questions.
  • Timely communications to management and appropriate parties.
