Description

Location: Onsite, Taipei, Taiwan We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting work and support our finance team. This role covers accounting operations, tax compliance, reporting, and coordination with internal and external teams. Job Responsibilities: Handling of all Accounting daily operation. Comply with tax policies and regulations. Review and perform AP/AR/FA management. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of vouchers, accounts, and payments/receipts. Track overdue items and payment process. Month-end & Year-end closing process. VAT Tax Filing. Statutory and Tax audits. Process bank deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and daily payments/receipts; maintain cash ledgers. Working in tandem with the company's team members. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Coordinate external audits and support internal audit processes. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls. Perform other duties, as asked by the management, which are related to this position, and which meet the qualifications. Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required. The Successful Candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, especially in a multinational company is a plus. 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of (accounting system). Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Good knowledge of English (TOEIC above 800). Mature and be able to hold confidence when challenged. The ability to accurately fulfill the direct management orders and work tasks. Well organized, motivated, proactive, independent, patient. High attention to detail and accuracy. Team player. Good communication skills. Interested?
