QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and related accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Syteline (or similar ERP/accounting systems).
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with audits and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and month/year-end close activities in compliance with GAAP.
• Cost Accounting: Monitor and analyze product costs, overhead, and variances; ensure accurate inventory valuation; and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, track performance against targets, and provide variance analysis.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and validate inventory valuation, collaborating with operations on system accuracy and controls.
