About The Position One of our operating companies, Lancom, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Auckland. You will be a hands-on Senior Accountant to step into a true right-hand role to an experienced CFO in a private equity-backed, high-growth technology business. This role offers a clear pathway to Financial Controller as the business scales. Responsibilities Month-end close and general ledger integrity Journals, reconciliations, invoicing & intercompany NZ tax & statutory compliance (GST, PAYE, FBT, Income Tax) Year-end audit management Cashflow, forecasting & CFO support Process improvement in a fast-growing environment Skills required 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial accounting role. CA / CPA qualified (or close to completion) Strong commercial accounting and month-end fundamentals Confident owning outcomes in a fast-paced business Tech / managed services experience a plus Experience in technology, managed services, or complex operational environments advantageous. High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Commercially curious and confident A continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves. Responsibilities
