What You’ll Do * Lead month-end close activities and GL reconciliations * Prepare accurate financial statements and reports * Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement * Partner with AP/AR and program leaders to ensure financial accuracy * Support annual audits and compliance requirements * Serve as a trusted advisor on financial performance and reporting What Success Looks Like * Timely, accurate month-end close * Clean audits and strong compliance * Clear, actionable financial insights * Strong cross-functional partnership What You Bring * 3+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit preferred) * Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting * Experience with reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis * Advanced Excel skills * A mindset focused on accuracy, accountability, and impact Why Ascentria At Ascentria, our mission comes to life through our people.
