WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (JOB REQUIREMENTS)

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Proven ability to handle full set of accounts independently.
  • Familiar with Singapore tax regulations, GST, and corporate tax filing.
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Strong communication skills — able to deal with clients directly in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Willing to work independently and grow with a small but ambitious team.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in an accounting firm or corporate service provider.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full set of accounts for multiple SME clients, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and corporate income tax (Form C/C-S) in compliance with IRAS requirements.
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • Liaise directly with clients to gather financial documents, clarify transactions, and provide basic accounting or tax advice.
  • Ensure proper and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
  • Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors as needed.
  • Track statutory deadlines and ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, and other authorities.
  • Generate monthly/quarterly management reports for clients (if required).
  • Highlight accounting/tax issues and propose solutions or escalate them to the director.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including setting up accounting systems and templates.
  • Participate in improving internal processes to boost efficiency and service quality.
  • Support occasional admin or ad-hoc tasks as part of a lean and agile team.
