Position Overview – Senior Accountant  Are you the kind of accountant who loves complexity is action oriented and jump in and solve problems,  asks why, and can’t help but improve the process while you’re at it? Do you enjoy working across  systems, entities, and borders—and being trusted with real ownership of the numbers?  We’re looking for a high-impact Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment  and wants to be a key player in how the business runs, not just how it reports.  Job Duties   Own month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and financial statements   Deliver KPI reporting, ad-hoc financial analysis, and decision-ready insights   Manage intercompany accounting, FX transactions, revaluations, and investment activity   Support year-end audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements   Integrate and troubleshoot financial data between Infios TMS and Dynamics GP   Maintain daily banking oversight, cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and electronic payments   Process and oversee bi-weekly payroll for Canadian and US entities, including benefits and  remittances   Gain full understanding of TMS to truly understand the business and customer requirements   Ensure payroll, tax, and statutory compliance (HST, EHT, CPP, EI, WSIB, US payroll)   Partner with auditors, leadership, and internal teams on reporting and compliance needs   Drive process improvements, automation, cross-training, and special finance projects  Qualifications   5+ years of progressive accounting experience   CPA or working towards CPA designation   Strong foundation in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations   Solid understanding of HST and payroll-related taxes   Advanced Excel skills (macros/VBA a strong asset)   Clear communicator who can explain complex financial issues   Curious, flexible, and action-oriented mindset  Additional Information   Employer Paid Benefits.   Employee Family Assistance Program.   RRSP Program with Company Match.   Yearly Clothing Allowance.   This position is a hybrid role.  Company Overview  Logikor prides itself on an open-door philosophy; all Team Members are encouraged to openly share  ideas, opinions & thoughts openly.
