Key Accountabilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable ledger and collection activities
• Oversee Hearing Services Program (HSP) claim recoveries and work closely with the Claims team leader to minimise rejections and maximise recoveries
• Perform complex reconciliations across receivables, claims, revenue and cash accounts
• Support month-end close activities, journals and audit requirements
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, issues and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain reporting using Advanced Excel, Power Query and Power BI
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Operations, IT and Finance stakeholders to improve cash flow and process outcomes
• Manage external debt collection agencies and escalated recovery matters
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to direct reports, where applicable

Experience & Qualifications:

Essential

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• 5 years' experience in financial accounting, accounts receivable or revenue-focused roles
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and Power Query
• Strong reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using ERP systems and analysing large dataset
