Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory Control & Inventory Accounting Manage and review inventory-related accounting and stock flow transactions, including Shipment Inbound-MIRO postings, stock movement review, and inventory transaction accuracy. Reconcile inventory and sales data across multiple systems, including SAP, WinCRM, WinPOS, Bravo, mall reports, and warehouse records, and investigate any discrepancies. Prepare and review inventory reports such as stock on hand, inventory and sales reports, and finished goods used for other purposes. Monitor shortage / damage cases, destruction documentation, and claims follow-up with logistics / regional teams where relevant. 2. Operational Finance Support Support selected finance operations including Weekly payment preparation, Month-end invoice issue, and closing-related finance execution where assigned. Assist in checking Sales contract/remittance support and selected invoice issuance processes where relevant to operational accuracy. 3. Internal Control & Compliance Perform and/or support internal control routines related to 3-way matching, non-PO transactions, call back controls, contract monitoring, waived quotation monitoring, stock movement cut-off, destruction documentation, and inventory-related evidence files. Identify unusual stock movement, data inconsistencies, control gaps, or high-risk transactions and escalate them appropriately. Maintain records and working files in an audit-ready and compliance-focused manner. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with warehouse, logistics, brand teams, and finance teammates to ensure correct inbound/outbound processing, stock movements, and timely issue resolution. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in one or more of the following areas such as Inventory Accounting, AR/AP Accounting Experience in Retail, Distribution, Supply Chain, or businesses with complex warehouse / stock movement environments Advanced Excel, experience with Power BI is a strong advantage but not mandatory Strong practical understanding of major ERP systems such as SAP As company's policy
