• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting
• You have strong knowledge of German tax and accounting regulations
• You are proficient in accounting software, ideally DATEV or Odoo
• You are a team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
• You are open to new ideas and contribute proactively to daily work
• You have good command of both German and English

• Posting daily bank transactions as well as incoming and outgoing invoices
• Supporting monthly closings, including reconciliation of general ledger accounts (GL accounts)
• Further developing and optimizing our ERP system Odoo in collaboration with the Finance and Tech teams
• Building and maintaining clean and traceable process documentation in the accounting department
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including audit preparation
• Optional (but a strong plus): experience with VAT advance notifications and OSS filings
