As a pioneer in advanced in-orbit propulsion solutions for satellites, we became the first in the world to demonstrate an iodine-fuelled electric propulsion system in space. Today we are leading the industrial space era, delivering systems at scale to clients worldwide. With more than 200 systems launched and a new product line coming to market, we are scaling rapidly and strengthening our global presence. We are now looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. As Accountant, you will play a key role in managing and structuring ThrustMe’s accounting activities. Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of our financial data, from day-to-day operations to monthly and annual closings. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes as we scale from a fast-growing startup to an established industrial leader. Your responsabilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations (general, suppliers, and customers). Record clients and suppliers invoices and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Prepare monthly and annual closings, supporting accurate and timely reporting. Support the CFO in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Contribute to cashflow monitoring, expense control, and cost allocation processes. Prepare and file tax declarations (VAT, CFE, CIT, etc) Participate in the deployment of new tools and procedures to digitalize and streamline accounting operations. Ensure compliance with internal controls and legal obligations. Your profile: Degree in Accounting (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA, DEC), Audit, Finance, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within an industrial and international environment. Strong technical knowledge of French accounting standards and financial reporting. Experience in managing full-cycle accounting (suppliers, customers, general ledger, closings). Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic scale-up context. Proactive mindset, with an appetite for process improvement and digital tools (ERP systems, digital accounting tools etc…) Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
