As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and driving improvements to financial performance. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in driving efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and policies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Lead and collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for cost control and profitability improvement.
• Support budget preparation and forecasting processes.
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide insights and financial data that drive strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Handle corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly and year-end financials.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during yearly audits.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency
• Perform reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize Tally software for accounting entries, VAT filing, and tax reporting.
