Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Accountant assists accounting manager in preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Prepare monthly journal entries including accrual, prepaid and various standing reoccurring entries
  • Prepare cash and balance sheet reconciliations monthly with accuracy and follow up of outstanding items
  • Research aged items in accounts working with various department to resolve outstanding items
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for monthly close and annual audits
  • Identify areas for process improvement for best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Mentor to staff accountants

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Two years of accounting/audit experience
  • Analytical, communication and technical skills, computer literate

Min: USD $29.45/Hr. Max: USD $48.59/Hr. Benefits:
