About The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a respected Wagga Wagga practice with a strong client base of local and family owned businesses. You will manage a varied portfolio, mentor junior staff, and work closely with Directors on advisory led engagements rather than pure compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of business services and tax clients across a range of industries
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
• Providing tax planning and structuring advice to clients
• Mentoring and reviewing the work of intermediate and graduate accountants
• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance
• Liaising directly with clients and the ATO on technical matters

What We Are Looking For

• CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
• Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in public practice
• Strong technical knowledge across tax, financial statements, and trust structures
• Confident communicator comfortable dealing directly with clients
• A genuine interest in business advisory work, not just compliance
