As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Accountant to strengthen our financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage core accounting functions, including revenue recognition, consolidation, general ledger, AP/AR processes, accruals and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP (or similar frameworks).
• Leverage advanced NetSuite skills to optimize financial workflows and reporting, playing a key role in its successful implementation.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Provide comprehensive financial reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally within subscription-based services, technology, or ARR/revenue-type businesses.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite, with a certification in NetSuite being a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of revenue recognition, consolidation, cost accounting and general accounting principles.
• Exposure to multiple financial processes and their interdependencies.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Experience working with international accounting standards and practices.
• Proven ability to work productively in a remote setting, aligning with Central European Time Zone.
