Senior Accountant – NetSuite (Multi-Entity, GL, Reconciliations – Remote, U.S. Hours)About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Accountant (NetSuite) to manage day-to-day accounting operations, close cycles, and financial reporting across multiple entities. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll own general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and month-end close — ensuring clean, reliable financials with minimal oversight. If you have strong NetSuite experience, multi-entity accounting exposure, and high attention to detail, this role is for you. ResponsibilitiesCore Accounting & Close Execution Maintain accurate general ledger, journal entries, and financial records Own month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities Prepare and review: Balance sheets Income statements Entity-level P&Ls Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Multi-Entity & Project-Level Accounting Manage accounting across multiple entities (operating companies, investments, development projects) Track project-level expenses and property-level P&Ls Ensure alignment between company and personal financial structures Support new entity setups and future project expansions Compliance & External Collaboration Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Work with external partners (e.g., Baker Tilly) on: Tax coordination Cost segregation Quarterly reviews Prepare documentation for audits and filings Cross-Functional Financial Support Support leadership (VP of Asset Management, CFO) with financial reporting and insights Provide accurate data for decision-making and forecasting Systems, Tools & Data Discipline Work daily in NetSuite (core system) Support workflows in AppFolio (property/investor management) Maintain organized processes using tools like Gmail and ClickUp Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems Requirements Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (daily usage, imports, reconciliations) Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (large datasets, reconciliations) Proven experience with: General ledger management Journal entries and reconciliations Financial statement preparation High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills with clear financial explanations Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours Nice to Have Experience with multi-entity accounting structures Experience in real estate, development, or investment accounting Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management systems Experience working with external accounting firms or auditors Tools & Tech NetSuite AppFolio Excel / Google Sheets ClickUp / Gmail Why Join Own accounting operations across multiple entities and projects Work closely with leadership and external accounting partners High-impact role with real ownership and accountability Opportunity to build and maintain clean, scalable financial systems Fully remote role with structured expectations What Success Looks Like Clean, accurate financials across all entities On-time month-end and year-end closes Reliable P&L and balance sheet reporting Minimal rework and strong attention to detail High confidence from leadership in financial data Apply Now If you’re a Senior Accountant with strong NetSuite experience and a focus on accuracy, execution, and ownership, we’d love to hear from you.
