As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with various teams to fulfill our mission effectively. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Backup for Accounts Payable Coordinator Approve vendor invoices. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation. Analyze and summarize account information and trends. Perform general ledger balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare month end journal entries. Prepare monthly Invoices. Record revenue and apply payments. Prepare documentation for External Auditors. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Accounting degree with 2-year experience Microsoft Dynamics GP Excellent time management and organizational skills Advanced oral and written communication skills in order to effectively problem-solve. Must be a team player, patient, flexible, and have the ability to multi-task. Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a behavioral health or social service setting preferred.
