JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE (with coordination across India & GCC)

OKIE Global is a cross-border distribution and brand enablement company that helps international brands expand across the GCC and beyond. Our multi-vertical ecosystem includes online marketplace management, offline distribution, quick commerce, electronics, manufacturing, and advertising solutions.
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting and financial operations across both our online and offline business verticals.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• CA/CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting and finance, with exposure to e-commerce and distribution businesses.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT/GST, and cross-border financial compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Zoho, SAP, or similar) and marketplace finance dashboards.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Consolidate accounts across e-commerce (Amazon, Noon, JAM Now) and offline distribution channels.
• Ensure timely VAT/GST filings and compliance in relevant jurisdictions (UAE, India, KSA).
