About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant who’s excited to make an impact at the intersection of healthcare and technology. In this role, you will be an integral part of the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This position is fully in-office (no remote) Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Manage the full cycle accounting process, ensuring month-end close within 10 business days.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements for consistency, accuracy, and insights.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, warranties, and service contracts.

    Compliance & Controls

  • Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns accurately and on time.

  • Ensure proper general ledger account coding for expenses and prepaids.
  • Support external financial audits and Sunshine Act reporting requirements.

    Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee general ledger and job analysis to ensure correct revenue and expense reporting.

  • Lead accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, exemption certificates, and job reconciliations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end inventory reconciliations, including physical counts.
  • Deliver weekly financial metrics and updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks and ERP systems
  • Manufacturing experience / cost accounting preferred
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
