JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant & Operations Specialist who will manage core financial responsibilities and provide operational support for both our internal team and our international clients. You’ll report directly to the founders and play an integral role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant accounting processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
• Process and reconcile incoming and outgoing invoices and payments
• Prepare and assist with financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Support Dutch tax filings and coordinate with external tax advisors
• Ensure compliance with Dutch and international accounting regulations
• Client & Operational Support:
• Support client onboarding and contract documentation
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client records
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal tools
• Assist in improving internal workflows and documenting procedures
• Contribute to the adoption and optimization of digital tools
