Description Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA), an owner and operator of over 50+ outpatient imaging center locations in 17 states, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This position is: · Full-time, Salaried, Exempt · Benefits Eligible · Hybrid - 50-75% remote + work-from-home Reporting to the Accounting manager, our Senior Accountant analyzes and reviews financial data, prepares financial statements and reports requiring advanced application and use of concepts, theories, principles, practices, regulations, and terminology of accounting. They will also evaluate and recommend improvements in accounting processes to ensure accurate application of accounting principles. Performs all other duties as assigned. · Regular and reliable attendance which includes team meetings, trainings, and in-services, as scheduled. Requirements REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: · Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in accounting or related field · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required. Master’s Degree is preferred. · Healthcare experience is preferred. · Oracle Cloud experience preferred. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: · Ability to work independently and multitask, especially in a remote working environment. · Ability to lead and direct the work of others. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. · Possesses initiative and willingness to learn new tasks quickly. Satisfactory completion of a background check and drug screen is required.
