POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of multiple entities within the Palmon Group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in real estate accounting highly desired

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with financial consolidation and multi-entity reporting

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support budget preparation and variance analysis
• Assist in implementing and improving accounting procedures and internal controls
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Financial Controller
• Support real estate financial operations including property accounting and reporting
