YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for supporting the Controller in following internal controls for all Statement of Financial Position accounts and reporting and analyzing the results on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for monthly bank reconciliations and for reconciliations between Financial Edge and Raiser’s Edge. You will support month-end and year-end close processes. You will manage the organization’s contracts, ensuring contractual compliance with designated funds and providing required financial reporting. You will help develop and oversee the Mission’s billing process. You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle. Requirements WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar area of study, and 5 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You have experience working with contracts and billing, preferred. You have an in-depth understanding of accounting procedure and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). You have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and are comfortable with VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables. You are familiar with Financial Edge NXT. You have evidence of strong initiative, self-direction, flexibility, and time management skills. You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions. Responsibilities
